You are not alone. We all can face anxiety in certain moments of our lives, however when it gets too much, we find ourselves anticipating events and circumstances in our minds in a negative way. Suffering from anxiety can be emotionally and even physically draining, it can be debilitating and limiting. The most severe form of anxiety is panic.

Although anxiety is a common disorder, it doesn’t mean you have to accept it and live with it.

Rather than let the anxiety take over and control your life, you can choose the direction your life will take. Identify the cause of a problem can be very challenging. A lot of the times we feel we don’t have one specific thing that causes the problem or that it is impossible to pinpoint its source. At other times we realise that the problem goes way back than what we thought. We will explore and find out the roots of your problems. Identifying and accepting it, is a key element of our journey together.

Anxiety can affect your life in different ways, from being scared to feel paralysed. It is almost impossible to find joy in your life.
