While there are some possible causes for depression it also can be a very subtle condition that even the person that is affected by it feels there isn’t an obvious reason and it can be very difficult to find words to describe her feelings.

Identify the cause of a problem can be very challenging. A lot of the times we feel we don’t have one specific thing that causes the problem or that it is impossible to pinpoint its source. At other times we realise that the problem goes way back than what we thought. We will explore and find out the roots of your problems. Identifying and accepting it, is a key element of our journey together.

When you are depressed you tend overlook the things you have achieved, you let the positives pass by without acknowledging them. You try to see every day as a new day, to be strong, to be happy, to be thankful, but you give in; you give in to the first cloud you see when you open your window. You give in to the first negative thought you have. Everything seems like a struggle and it can be difficult even to find motivation to carry on with your basic needs, let alone enjoy life.
The first step towards healing is accept that you are suffering from depression. To be suffering from depression does not define you, you are not a problem that needs fixing, you are suffering from a condition that can be overcome.
